Children

Supporting families to experience our community and meet one another is an important part of what we do at Takapuna North Community Trust. We organise a range of inclusive fun events for children of different ages throughout the year and also partner with other local groups and schools. Get in touch if you think that there is a way we could help you or check out some of our options below and come and join us at an event near you.

Preschool Play

We run a programme of free Summer Fun Preschool Play in our local parks and reserves during Summer and at various indoor venues over Winter. Sessions run 10-12 on Mondays and Wednesdays. We bring a van packed full of toys to these spaces for children and their caregivers to play with; be active and make new friends. No booking is required for these sessions, just turn up. Caregiver supervision is required at all times.

Special Events

We hold regular family friendly events throughout the year including our annual Family Fun Day and Charlie’s Play Date. We also support local community and school fair events with our toy van.
